Keyrenter Pillars

Keyrenter, a leading property management company, approached me with a request to design a series of posters that visually communicate their four key pillars: Communicate It, Own It, Live It, and Improve It.

Problem

Keyrenter recognized the importance of fostering a positive workplace culture centered around their core values. However, they faced challenges in effectively communicating these values to employees in a memorable and impactful way.

Design

To address the client's objectives and effectively communicate the four pillars, I developed a design strategy focused on the following key elements:
Visual Representation: Each poster prominently featured one of the four pillars—Communicate It, Own It, Live It, and Improve It—accompanied by visually striking graphics and typography. The use of bold colors and clean design elements ensured maximum impact and readability.
Message Clarity: The messaging on each poster was carefully crafted to succinctly convey the essence of the respective pillar. Clear and concise language was used to ensure that employees could easily understand and internalize the values being communicated.

Results

The series of posters has had a significant impact on Keyrenter's workplace culture and employee morale:
Increased Awareness: Employees now have a deeper understanding of the company's core values and their importance in driving success.
Positive Feedback: The posters have received overwhelmingly positive feedback from employees, who appreciate the company's commitment to reinforcing its values and principles.

Conclusion

The series of posters designed for Keyrenter has successfully achieved its intended objectives of reinforcing organizational values and principles among employees. By combining compelling visuals with clear messaging and interactive elements, I've helped Keyrenter create a workplace environment where employees feel inspired, motivated, and aligned with the company's vision and values.
Additional Assets

In addition to the poster series, I also created two supplementary documents using the same design assets. The first document is a note card designed for Keyrenter's clients to leave messages for personnel. This note card features the same visually appealing graphics and typography as the posters, providing a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints. The second document is an instructional card aimed at assisting individuals who may need help with the online rent payment process. This card utilizes the same design elements to provide clear and concise instructions, ensuring a seamless user experience for Keyrenter's clients navigating the online payment system. Together, these documents serve to enhance communication and streamline processes for both clients and Keyrenter personnel.
